How Do I Track My Order?

All orders should have a tracking ID associated with it once it ships. To check this tracking ID, follow the steps below: 

1. Sign into your Raw Office account:

2. Once at the "My Raw Account" page, under 'Menu' select 'Order History':

3. Your order will be split into parcels with tracking IDs so you can track each item. 

* Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking ID to show progress. If you do not see a tracking ID in your order, please contact support@therawoffice.com.
