If you are not 100% satisfied with your Raw Office purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. (Returns must be in the original packaging and in unused condition).
To request a return, simply reach out to support@therawoffice.com where we will provide you with a UPS shipping label to return your merchandise with. Please make sure the merchandise is in the original packaging and be sure to attach the UPS label to the box. Please make sure that the box is sealed in the same manner as when it was received.
You may drop your package off at an authorized UPS location, or have it included in any daily pickups with UPS that you may already have scheduled. If you would like us to setup a UPS pickup, please let us know.
Please note that your parcel will take 5-10 business days to be received and inspected at our distribution centre, at which point your refund will be approved and applied. You will be notified by the Raw Office that your return was approved and refunded.
